You can enjoy 1 year extension of our excellent service support, including free point-to-point massage chair checking with priority, professional leather care treatment and spare parts replacement services during the warranty period.

Terms and Conditions:

This warranty plan is only applicable to the massage chairs for commercial use which are still covered by warranty.
Customers need to submit the warranty plan extension fee before the massage chair warranty expires. Application for warranty extension is not allowed when the warranty of your product has expired.
We will provide a warranty agreement to all customers to confirm the application. We reserve the right to charge for maintenance and spare part replacement if warranty agreement number is not provided.
We will provide free point-to-point massage chair checking with priority, professional leather care treatment and spare parts replacement services during the warranty period.
All maintenance services will be provided by our experienced technicians and with original spare parts replacement.
This warranty will be null and void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuses, negligence, fire, water typhoon, abnormal power supply and repaired or altered by other technicians. Spare parts and accessories such as fabric cover, leather, cabinet, case, are excluded from this warranty.
We will consider the customer's renewal request based on the individual situation of the product, and we reserve the right to accept or reject customer's renewal request.
For any maintenance service requested outside warranty period, maintenance service fee and spare parts will be charged per case.
