Full Payment is available through the online payment system. It can be made by Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Alipay / AlipayHK / Wechat Pay / Octopus / PayMe.
Selected products is available for installment payment (6 & 12 months) which can only be made by Standard Chartered and HSBC credit cards.
You are required to provide details for Billing Information. The Billing Address submitted should be the same as the one on your credit card statement.
In order to avoid receiving any fraudulent orders and to protect the security and interests of credit card holders, we may at our option, request that you send a copy of the front and back of your credit card as well as your credit card statement (only the portion which reflects the same credit card number, billing address and issuing bank’s or company’s name/logo) to us via fax or email.
We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to cancel your order and/or suspend deliveries should we find that the information submitted is not in order or should we not receive the above documentation upon request.
All goods sold through the OSIM Hong Kong website are sold subject to these terms and conditions. By placing a purchase order on www.osim.com and requesting us to process it, you should acknowledge and declare that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions in the purchase order.

OSIM reserves all the rights to retain or change all of the provisions and other final rights in relation to the terms of sale of the products.
